All sessions must be paid for in advance and in full

In the event of cancellation, 24 hours notice must be given, failure to do so will result in the session being chargeable

Refunds will only be given in the case of the trainer not fulfilling their contractual obligations or as part of a guarantee which both parties have signed acknowledging their understanding.  Food diaries, Exercise Logs and Testimonials must be submitted within 24 hours of such as claim being made

All sessions must be used within 90 days unless your program dictates otherwise

In the case of illness or injury, your trainer may chose to defer your sessions to a later date.  This is at the trainers discretion.

All activity is at your own risk.  Breaking Boundaries or any of its brands cannot be held responsible for injuries obtained without their direct supervision
